Hi everyone!

Some of our respondents are getting an error message:

 

I have contacted Qualtrics support about this but I seem to always get the same response which is to ask them to clear cache and cookies.

 

My question is has anyone else experienced this with their respondents and have you been able to find a solution for them?

Hi @yaminaaloui ,

 

Some past threads (such as this thread) mentioned that some JS script issue may have prompt similar errors

You might wish to look into your survey if there is any JS added that may have cause the issue.
