How to increase the quota count only the sample is complete, but not count those who are terminated or who are speeders?

May I ask additionally, I set the criteria as above, however those who fall into criteria still doesn’t show yes in complete column
My hypothesis is because Q25, I would like to include anyone who answer Q25 fall into complete users, even they choose none of these.
How to revise the logic to capture the complete sample?
*This logic work for Quota section but not in survey flow, I’m confused.
**SC2,Q0,Q31 are single answer question, only Q25 are multiple answer question with none of these as exclusive choice
Found the solution
the problem is because skip logic in Q25(those who choose none of these, end the survey), make system cannot catch the data none of those. After remove skip logic and set display logic for other question make it work.
