For well over three years, we have experienced an issue in the Report function. We have gone to Qualtrics a number of times to try and rectify the issue to no avail. 

Scenario one:

  1. Start a report
  2. Insert question visualizations
  3. Adjust visualizations to meet the need for the data (e.g., bar graph, breakdown bar)
  4. Insert the next question visualization, etc.
  5. When the report is finished, it is downloaded to a PDF
  6. When viewing the PDF there are some questions “missing”
  7. Go back to the report, and find that the questions that were “missing” are hidden visualizations and need to be expanded. However, the settings for the question are gone which means the question needs to be removed and inserted again. 

Scenario two:

  1. Start a report
  2. Insert question visualizations
  3. Adjust visualizations to meet the need for the data (e.g., bar graph, breakdown bar)
  4. Insert the next question visualization, etc.
  5. When the report is finished, log out
  6. Log back in later that day or week to find questions are missing in the report

This is sporadic. It is never the same questions missing each time. Sometimes questions are not missing at all. But, this is causing major fails in our efficiency and it is beyond frustrating.

Also, none of our users log into other accounts - only one user is working on a survey or report at one time. Only the Brand Admin has access to user accounts via the Admin function, but only enters accounts to cover for the user if the user is out of the office or on vacation. 

Our team has used incognito, cleared cache, updated chrome and still this is happening. 

 

We request this be addressed.
