Is there a function similar to Collors in Survey Monkey? | XM Community
Skip to main content

I have switched much of my data collection over to Qualtrics, but I have still left all of my post-event satisfaction surveys in Survey Monkey because it is so handy to have the data from identical surveys for every training able to be downloaded all together when needed or easily filtered by training when needed. Is there a way to do this function in Qualtrics?

Hi @riverac6 ,

Qualtrics allows you to export survey data or filter it based on certain criteria. You can obtain survey data by using the Data & Analysis tab of each project. From there, data exporting is feasible. To filter data according to certain criteria, use the Data & Analysis tab's filtering option. As a consequence, you can create and apply filters based on specific metadata or queries. Additionally, the saved filters can be used again later.

Hi @riverac6 ,

Qualtrics offers extensive features for managing and analyzing survey data, akin to the functionality you're familiar with in Survey Monkey.

Combining Data from Multiple Surveys
1. **Survey Library**: Develop a standard template for your surveys.
2. **Distributions**: Generate unique links for each session.
3. **Data & Analysis Tab**: Access and export survey responses.
4. **Data Export**: Manually merge exported CSV or Excel files.

 Filtering Data
1. **Embedded Data Fields**: Include session-specific parameters in the survey links.
2. **Filtering Responses**: Filter the data using the embedded session fields.

 Qualtrics API
1. **API Integration**: Use the API to retrieve and combine survey responses.
2. **Automation Tools**: Utilize SFTP, Google Drive, QFS efficient data collection.

Workflows
1. **Workflows**: Automate survey distribution and data processing.

 Reporting
1. **Cross-tabulation**: Compare responses across different sessions.
2. **Dashboards and Reports**: Create dynamic, filterable reports.

Thank you

I think I didn’t make my question clear because neither of these responses are answering the specific question. @Nikeeta  @Nanditha MM I am specifically asking can I have one survey that can have multiple distribution links for different audiences instead of hitting copy each time I distribute it?
