I am well aware that the following question has been asked many times already: How do I limited the total responses of my survey? The answer seems to be explained here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/quotas/#LimitingTotalSurveyResponses

In my case I need a sample of exactly 125. To test whether my quota definition works, I set it to 3 for now, following the instruction in the link. This is what I have:

(Q215 is my very last question and the condition includes all its potential answers.)

The quota target is 3. I completed the survey once, which is not even shown. Then using another device I started the survey again and after the first block (3 questions), which is still far away from Q215 (=last question), it showed: “Thank you for taking your valuable time to participate in this survey.
Your response has been recorded.”

What did I do wrong?
