Populate previous documention and edit

Hi!

We want Qualtrics to display the latest Medication from the last Medication survey documented when updating information.

Currently Medications are documented at Enrollment in a Medications survey then 3 months later Medications are updated in a new Medications survey, but does not dipslay the previous documentation.

 

Is there a way to accomplish this?  If so, how?

 

Please provide any information that may help us accomplish this.

    The scenario has some parts that don’t apply to yours (like those related to Login ID), but it’s a good step-by-step overview of how to bring data from one survey into another.
