I remmember a recent Qualtrics product online meeting. They show a feature that will automatically clarify the ambiguous text entry made by customer.
For example: If the customer leave a comment: “Bad” the survey will auto detect that and ask a follow up question to clarify that.
Can anybody give me the document or the name of the feature as well as the roadmap of it? It seems like the feature have something to do with AI
