I know it is a silly question, but I don't know my account username and password. I log in my Qualtrics in my Mac and from my new university's Qualtrics website. 
So I log in Qualtrics with my campusID and password. But now I need to log in in the Offline Survey App. I succeed to download in my iphone. But when I open it, I need to input my username and password. I don't know!
