I would like to start with some context. We have a custom integration with Zendesk (ZIS) where we send / create a distribution with personal links. We would like to evaluate a way to send reminders through workflows in Qualtrics. We thought about looking for some condition that would allow us to check all those users who have not started the survey and send them an email. It is important to note that once a reminder has been sent, there must be a 2-week block, after this time, a new reminder can be sent to that person, if applicable.
