We want to use Google Analytics for a few Qualtrics Survey's. Up to now I was unable to add the code into my testsurvey to see if I get information in my Google Analytics account. Does anybody have a solution how to add Google Analytics code into a survey?

@bstrahin's method works great if you're trying to track traffic to your site from the survey. What is it you're trying to track? And where does the survey sit? On your site or just the link distributed via Qualtrics? These variables change your methods.
