Has anyone figured out how to send incentives without asking for an email address?

We are trying to send an unbranded survey. Obtained a private URL. Obtained a Tango account. Thinking of using Facebook advertising for recruiting (sounds crazy, but seems others have done this). I learned the only way to automatically send the incentive is to ask for an email address, however, this may reduce participation. Are there any slick ways to execute without asking for an email?

Likewise, if someone thought of a different brilliant solution, please do share!! Thanks all!
use two surveys, one for actual survey and one for incentives (ask email or address). This way your response will remain anonymous and you can achieve incentives too.

At end of first survey give link to your second survey for incentive distribution info only.

Using the BHN Rewards Anonymous Survey Incentive feature, you can send rewards to respondents completing an anonymous Qualtrics survey.

BHN Rewards generates an End of Survey link that you can copy and paste into your survey. After completing the survey, respondents will be redirected to the BHN Rewards URL, where they can provide their email address or phone number to receive their reward. BHN Rewards includes a Duplicate Email Check feature to ensure that rewards are not sent to the same email address twice.
