Creating custom bucketing variables from CSV or other

I have recently started using the bucketing variables for my percentile-based calculations. I have the need to create some that will encompass 99 percentiles (99 buckets). This will obviously take me a while to create over and over. It's a long shot, but does anyone know of a faster way (CSV upload, API call, other?) that can be used to create these variables? I need to create almost 30 separate variables, each with 99 percentile ranges...I'm hoping to not have to do it by hand, if possible. Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks.
