Is there a way to insert a vertical divider in a question?
Can I insert a vertical divider into a Likert scale question to get something like:

@TomG Following up on this, realizing we also need it for matrix. Is there a way to add a horizontal line above an option on Mobile for Matrix in the Javascript?
