Multiple choice questions with choices displayed based on the previous choice of the same question

Hi, I have a very long multiple choice question so I would like to group them into groups. At first, the question only show the group titles. Only when a group is chosen, the choices within that group are shown. It is very similar to the group of choice in Qualtrics but it does not allow hiding the choice because the group title is only descriptive text. I know very little about Javascript, could anyone help me with this. Thank you very much. Huong

      Good Day, Huong, If I understand your request correctly, I believe this can be accomplished by using Display Logic at the answer choice level.       Hi Taulph, Thank you very much for your time. But I want to have 1 question only. When a group title is selected, the group details are shown right below. If created 2 questions, it is very difficult for the respondent to link the group details with the group title. Do you have any idea for this? Thank you very much.
