What are the best practices to manage an organization's surveys with various owners? (in other words, more than one person in the organization creates surveys)

I need tips to manage an organization's surveys with various owners. In other words, more than one person in the organization creates surveys)

Hello greta14
I suggest you to have one brand administrator to create the different surveys(not the whole survey, at least the proyect with the name) and share it with the responsibles and give the access only to them for editing, in that way you wont have the risk that someone edits or damages something and you will have the information centralized only for the brand admin.
If you dont want to have multiple users you just can create folders for each person and there you can have the surveys that belongs to that person, but everyboday that has access to that user would have access to all the projects.
Another good practice is to save versions of the surveys from the tools menu.
Also, you can use notes and comments on the survey questions for reviewing.
If you create several users they can create the surveys, but only them would be able to see it, they can create the surveys and share it with the involve people and customize the kind of access they want to give.
:)

Hi!
We recommend having jut 1 admin and creating the other users as standard qualtrics or a custom type for survey creation. If more than one user needs to edit the same survey the best idea is to create a group so you can have shared libraries, also you have to collaborate each suvey.
