Do you guys know if there is any possibility to close someone surve answer or stop this person from getting reminders after they have left the company?
So for example if the employee is active on th 3 that the survey starts and he is fire or quits on the 6, is there a way to stop the survey from sending this person the survey reminders?
The employees here use a personal email so even after they are gone if they are already participants in the survey they get the reminders, and we would like to avoid this.
Any ideas?
