How to analyze thousands of open ended text responses?

Hi Community, I have thousands of open ended text responses from my survey. What is the best way to analyze those responses? Reading about 100 or 200 responses is possible, but reading thousands of responses is not possible. Please suggest some good ways to analyze the responses effectively and efficiently. Thanks, Tan
