Is it possible to have a survey send to someone based on a response in form?

Is it possible to have the survey email the participant if they include their email in the form? I am looking to see if this is possible, I know that triggers are a possibility, but only if you know the persons email before hand. Is it possible to send the survey results to an email input into a text spot form

Absolutely! Action Tab, Email Trigger, Condition = if "Email Question" is not empty.

    Yes and you would just include the Pipe text from the survey question in the "To:" field.
