I am facing an issue in my Data Recruitment (SSFF) that utilizes a native integration with Qualtrics fot a Candidate Experience project. The situation is as follows:
Problem: Despite the native integration between my Data Recruitment system SSFF and Qualtrics appearing to work correctly in terms of adding contacts to the directory, I am unable to view candidate data. This includes crucial information such as names, email addresses, and other relevant details. The candidate viewing screen is blank.
Question: Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any idea why this native integration is not allowing me to view candidate data? Are there any additional configurations I should be aware of or possible solutions I can try?
