Dynamic pop up text box

Does anyone know how I can have a dynamic text box pop in a multiple choice question?  I have 5 response options to a multiple chose question, and I want to pop up only for those who click on response option “1” something like “why did you choose 1______”. I am not interested in why they select the other 4 response options, so only for 1.

Hello @IrinaR

You can achieve this by following these steps:

1. Add your multiple-choice question first.
2. Below that, add your popup question.
3. In the display logic of your popup question, set it to "If Multiple choice question → 1 is selected" and enable "In-page" so that the question pops up on the same page when the logic is fulfilled. Refer to the screenshot for clarification:
