Hiding Questions in Qualtrics with Smooth User experience
We have a survey in which we created many hidden questions (hidden markers) for punching the logic of the survey and on all those question we have applied java script for hiding and auto forwarding, but our client came with the below mentioned point. Is there any way with which we can get rid of auto forwarding screen which is showing up when page is being auto submitted. The screen keeps on auto-submitting until respondent reaches to the actual question, there are around 6-7 hidden questions in between two actual questions.

I wanted to touch base re: an issue we are having in Qualtrics in that there is an auto-forwarding that is happening. We believe that this is because there is Java Script within the survey and Qualtrics is unable to fix this issue and therefore need to resolve this issue on our side.
Is there a way you can update this so auto-forwarding does not occur?

Mostly the answer here is that these flashing screens are an unfortunate side effect of needing javascript to do this type of thing. You can make it less obvious what is happening (see @bansalpeeyush29 's answer), but there is no way to truly avoid them.

+39Try by not giving page break between original question and hidden question. Or you can increase padding so that blank screen is not visible.
Thank you Peeyush, but it is necessary to keep those questions on separate pages because further questions in the survey are asked based on those hidden questions.
Those hidden questions are also related to each other, for example the punching of second hidden question is based on first hidden question and so on.
+39Increase padding for these pages find current padding by inspect element. On increasing padding flash will happen on background and will not be visible.
