I am planning to intergrate a qualtrics survey with SAP Conversational AI. I want receive questions in AI and send the responses to Qualtrics. Any idea on how to achieve this. As a second option it would be great if it possible to intergrate with S/4 HANA too. And yeah, I have a productive account, so want to know the possibilites.
