Generating report using piped text and selected choices

I am surveying the attendees of a conference. I have a question for attendees to select the concurrent session they attended. The next questions uses piped text which the selected choice to indicate their satisfaction with the presenter and the topic. I put a page break between the two questions and the survey works great. However, I can't create a report that extracts the data. I have attached a screen shot of the two questions. Any guidance on how to put this in a report is greatly appreciated.
