I want to run a survey at work to track employees' satisfaction level. While i want to keep the survey anonymous so that people express their opinion freely, I need to find out who actually completed the survey (because there is going to be a draw for a reward among those who completed the survey).
Is there a way to implement this in Qualtrics?
Thank you!

It sounds like you want to know who completed the survey and not know at the same time?
Your best bet might be anonymizing responses, perhaps, but I can't see how it would work both ways.

One way is to anonymize the survey, then redirect them to a second "drawing" survey that serves as their entry where they authenticate with their email address.
