How are the intercept impressions calculated ?

I have set up an web intercept with a 10% display rate. In the stats section I can see the reported intercept impressions, which in my case are around 20k per month.
My question is are these impressions reported after taking into consideration the display rate? I mean does my website get 200k visitors per month or 20k visitors per month.
