How do I create an email trigger that automates based on embedded data (Header Crumb a/o Category)

I'm running into issues with the specific verbiage triggering in embedded data fields. Not sure what I'm missing. Thanks in advance! !

Check to make sure the embedded data names match what you've defined in the survey flow EXACTLY (case, spaces, etc.)
