How to show participants only their responses
+1For the open ended responses, the report shows comments for all participants, not just their own. Can you identify how to fix this?

Trying checking the data source filters in Edit Subject Report. It's possible that the source has not yet been filtered by Evaluation Scope: Subject's Evaluations.
