Problems with Salesforce Response Mappings


Hi Mates, I ran into a problem where I don't know why this issue happens every time. Issue Description - My salesforce response mappings get null on its own every time when I logged in my qualtrics account. As as result surveys does not get created in Salesforce. I want to know why salesforce response mappings get null automatically. Please see the screenshot also. Any help will be highly appreciated. ! . Best, Aman

I haven't come across with such issue. I recommend checking with the support team.
