Has anyone used Qualtrics to manage phone numbers in a CATI lab?
Been using Qualtrics for a while and like it -- but does not help me in running telephone surveys. I'm thinking this could be done by linking two surveys -- that's the easy part. The first survey is taken by my interviewer staff, the second is initiated if the interviewer reaches a willing respondent. The hard part is that in the first survey, the interviewer should get a contact (phone number) based on the current disposition code for the contact (initially everyone in the list would be eligible) and then be able to update the current disposition code for the contact based on whether or not the survey was completed. Ideas?
