I'm using the "end of survey" & "customize" option in order to redirect to a prolific URL, but the "redirect" option is unavailable and says " Unavailable for your brand".

You can reach out to your brand administrator/account executive to get this enabled for your brand.
Or you can include JavaScript to redirect to another page. The following page would help you.

+38If you don't have Javascript on your license you could also put the URL in the end of survey message. It won't "redirect" but at least it is available for your users to click on. It's not the best solution but it's better than not getting the desired URL in front of your users at all.
thanks for your feedback! I changed the brand & switched to my university version of Qx, then I had access to redirect button & it all worked smoothly.
