How to download data to excel file
+1When downloading it now goes to "numbers" and I want it to go to excel.

On a PC
1. Go to the downloads folder on your computer
2. Find your datafile in that folder
3. Right click and choose "Open with"
4. Select or Browse and find Excel
That will reset the default program on your computer for that file from "numbers" to Excel.
You could also,
1. Open a blank Excel worksheet
2. Go to File, Open, This PC
3. Access your download folder
4. Change from All Excel Files to "All Files" in the drop down menu near the open button
5. Find your file in the list and double click to open
