The code record of the multiple choice question is incorrect.

The multiple-choice question has 10 options, code "1, 2, 3...8,9,10". When I delete the five options and then add it again, the code becomes "1, 2, 3, 4,5,11,12,13,14,15”,how can I make it "1,2,3...8,9,10" again? thanks a lot.

@Cathaya You have to recode the values. Click on the gear to the left of the question and select Recode Values... Then you can change the numbers. The reason that the numbers change is so that you can modify a survey in progress without overwriting earlier responses. In your case 6-10 is deleted but the number is reserved to protect earlier responses.
