Is it possible to view a list of people who have not started a survey?
I know that qualtrics shows how many completed and unfinished responses there are, but both of these are specific to recipients who have started the survey. I want to know if it is possible to see a list of people who have not started the survey at all.

If you sent the survey via the Qualtrics mailer, you can export the distribution history and it should differentiate who has not started, started, and finished the survey.
