May I know how could I present all my survey questions (including the multiple choice options) on a single webpage?

Please put all questions in one block and don't put page break between questions. Than entire survey will appear on one page only.

+20If you have any display logic then please make sure to use "in page" else by default "display logic" adds a page break between questions.
