Survey email sent to junk folder

Dear all, I have a question. I have sent out the survey link prepared in qualtrics to 20600 students in my college. Apparently, for most students, the survey email reached their junk folder. I checked with my IT team and they tried whitelist the qualtrics servers but still the issue is persisting. can anyone assist me what other steps my IT team can do so the next email (reminder) I send to the students will reach their inbox?

Farjana, When you sent the email out, did you update the From Name and Reply-To email to your own (or whomever's it should be)? Also, check out this thread: Whitelisting/Spam. Maybe there will be something in these responses that will be helpful. This can be a frustrating problem. :(

Have you checked out the support page on this problem? https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/email-distribution/avoid-being-marked-as-spam/

Hi there, I am also having this issue. However, setting up an SPF record did not fix the problem. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
