Is there a number limit on surveys using a kiosk before the survey locks?

We are experiencing an odd problem with surveys in that after surveys are taken by clients, suddenly the survey locks up and we have tried to repeat it standing there but cannot do it. Of course the location is never close by but I was wondering what we might try to resolve this situation.

Yes we are. That was one thing we got from Qualtrics when we started this project.
