Any good how to videos on building a Text iq widget?

Hi all--I’m fairly new to building dashboards, especially when it comes to text iq and stats iq. I’ve spent a lot of time searching YouTube for info on how to build a dashboard with a text iq widget. I’ve read all the support pages but can’t visualize the steps. Any suggestions? Thanks.

STATSIQ too slow for the classroom?

I use Qualtrics surveys during class time with 300-400 students. I like to present summary statistics in realtime using STATSiQSTATSIQ can be very slow to load, it can say "preparing your dataset for analysis" and warn me that it can take up to 20 min. It never takes that long, but it can be too long (e.g. 10 min)Is there anyway to speed this up?ps. I noticed getting the data ready for export can also be slow.

Do relative weights in StatsIQ match those in a driver widget in a CX Dashboard

If you do a regression in stats IQ and conduct a relative weights analysis, and then use the exact same data and IV/DV in a driver widget in a CX dashboard, would not the % on the Y axis for each driver be the same as in the regression output for relative weights? In other words, if I have IVs A,B and C and use them to regress DV “D”, and they have these values:A = 50%B = 25%C = 25%Shouldn’t they have those same values for the Y axis in the driver widget?

Analyze related surveys with Stats iQ

Hi,I have two longitudinal surveys.I have done the setup of the two surveys like described on https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/pulling-data-into-a-second-survey-longitudinal-surveys/So I have two datasets, both containing the field “Login ID” by which the two surveys can be matched.Is it possible, and if so how, to run Stats iQ on both surveys, using that Login ID to relate the answers to eachother.So for example, in Survey 1, I have the field Login ID and the question “how satisfied are you with A”.And in Survey 2, I have the field Login ID and the question “how satisfied are you with B”.I want to know if there is a correlation between A and B. I used a mock dataset, where I purposely had the answers on A and B that belong to the same Login ID be similar, so I know that there should be a correlation shown on this mock dataset. I added 51 answers on both surveys. I have tried adding the two surveys into a Dashboard,Both with the Data Mapper and the

What is the best way to connect Qualtrics to Microsoft PowerBI?

We have just received Microsoft PowerBI as an enterprise visualization tool and I've been exploring the use cases. It's easy to connect flat files downloaded from Qualtrics, but I'm wondering if there are better ways of creating connections that can be automatically or manually refreshed. It looks like the only available web connector in Qualtrics is for Tableau. I've seen documentation that suggests using the API, but are there any other approaches (particularly for non-coders like me)? Thanks in advance!

Trend Multiple Surveys in Crosstabs

I’m looking to compare results from 2-3 surveys (deployed annually) using crosstabs (in order to run stats testing). Any ideas on how I can do this? I do not need to track by respondent.

How to keep imported data in correct order in Text iQ

I have data I in an Imported Data project I want to review with Text iQ. Text iQ only sorts by recorded date and when I import my CSV multiple rows will have the same recorded date and time so the order is not maintained when I look at text iq. I don’t have access to API, is there a way to import that will cause each row to have it’s own recorded time? Is there a way with an extract workflow if I go from one data project to another? I have a custom field in the file that indicates order.

Conversational Feedback Wave 1 and 2

Does anyone know where I am able to add Conversational Wave Feedback 1 or 2 to a survey. Is this available in the survey builder? Or is it added elsewhere?

StatsIQ Workspace Filters

Is there a way to edit/remove saved filters in the StatsIQ workspace? Many times our team just wants to change a single variable or an aspect of a saved filter, but this creates a completely new filter which has resulted in an ever growing list of saved filters. Thanks!

Text IQ not tagging responses

Hello!I am having some issues with Text IQ and hoping someone has an answer.Can someone help me understand - should Text IQ use the topics I have created to automatically tag all responses with those words in the data set? Here’s what I have done so far:I have created a series of topics and sub topics, some based on the qualtrics recommendations (which have 70+ responses within them) I have manually tagged about 200 out of 1400 responses Hit review and publish Only the manually coded responses appear Am I missing a step here?Or does the tool not automatically code the data and its all manual? Is there a way to turn off the StatsIQ refresh prompt? Currently it seems to pop up every 20 minutes and sometimes seems to appear up even more often than that.

Text iQ Topics: Can You Share Topics Between Questions in the Same Survey

I have successfully created a multi-level topic hierarchy for one question in my survey. It works great. I want to use this same topic hierarchy for a different question in the same survey. Can I do that in straightforward way, or do I have to export/import and therefore maintain them separately? Thanks.

TextIQ export - is there a way to export the comments in textIQ

Is there a way to export the comments in textIQ? I know I can filter down in data and analysis or a dashboard widget and export that way but I really like the visual of the queried tagged word(s) being underlined that textiq provides.

Using StatIQ visualization in Dashboard pages?

Hello, we’ve edited a survey for a department to allow them to combine different variables to look at their data in more depth. They need to be able to go to their dashboard and quickly absorb the information and utilize the visuals in presentations. We’ve used Stat IQ to relate two variables, resulting in the visualization that we need. Is there a way to take that visualization and move it into a dashboard page so that the stakeholders don’t have to go multiple places to access information?

Their support is fantastic, and they have tons of training resources which are very well organized and thorough. Rank order anaylsis and reporting

Hi! I have a survey with a rank order question in it. I see the results in StatsIQ but I really don't know what to make of it or how to report my findings. I've looked through all the documentation and I still don't quite get how to understand or interpret the answer. I can figure out the percentage of people who want the first choice maybe but that is as far as I can figure out. Help please! Workflow design of questionnaires

Thanks for anyone who reads and replies to this post in advance.Due to working needs I would like to design a workflow for my surveys, described as below:First I want the respondent of the survey to choose between two choices based on a yes/no question, each leading to their own survey questions (so there will be two sets of questions)After finishing this, the survey will be partly completed and the remaining part should be completed by their supervisor, so the partly finished survey is sent to the respondent’s own supervisor.After the survey is finished by the supervisor, the surveys are all sent to a single person who is responsible for collecting all the responses.Two parts important here: The respondent who finished the first part shouldn’t be able to re-inspect the survey after he/she sent it to his/her supervisor, and the supervisor (preferably) shouldn’t be able to edit the response of the previous respondent.
