People are saying they have completed my survey but all the responses are blank on my end and they say "This question was not displayed to the respondent."
I have completed the survey myself and gotten the same blank responses with that message even though I answered every question.
What is happening and will I be able to get the past responses to show up?

+30That sounds very unusual, and is not like anything I've experienced in Qualtrics before. I would suggest contacting Qualtrics Support so they can look into it further.
