Hi all - is there a way to update an existing distribution with additional hard bounce flags in the Status field? I'm open to any solution, including APIs. We only see a Get function for distributions but nothing to be able to update it.
The reason for this is that we get a significant number of email notifications of bounces into the FROM mailbox, that are not marked as bounces by Qualtrics. We want to 1) calculate an accurate response rate, and 2) be able to have geographies download their full bounce list from the dashboard that we mapped our Respondent Funnel to.

Seems like a custom solution is needed for this instance and needs to reach out to Qualtrics Engineering services.
The best person to contact when you want to pursue Engineering Services is your Customer Success Representative. Together, you can plan your projects’ objectives and figure out the features you’ll need to successfully perform your research. When you’re done, you’ll send this information to your Account Executive, who will then confer with Engineering Services on your behalf.
