Custom dashboard access link

 Hello @praveengeorgeix  yes you can create a genric link of the dashboard, you need to contact your brand administrator as there are certain services you need to purchase to start this process.

@praveengeorgeix To mask the Qualtrics name I believe you need to first have vanity URL, not sure if it masks this URL also but post that go for and public URL for dashboards.

It would be good to know the requirement first.

In case you want more like a public facing dashboard then the suggestion shared by @Nikkki should work. Refer to the Public Dashboard section in the link provided.

@praveengeorgeix also confirming this is definitely possible, it’s referred to as your vanity URL.  You must purchase access to this through Qualtrics and you can only have the one vanity URL.   Refer to Vanity URLs (qualtrics.com).

An alternative may be to utilise a URL shortening service, so you can provide people a shorter/custom URL and it will redirect to the Qualtrics branded URL once entered.  Not exactly what you want, however might be another option to explore if purchasing a vanity URL is not feasible.
