Hi All,Although I've posted this as an idea in the ideas section I thought it might be worth posting it here too... As the Ticket Workflows don't work on Closed tickets, I have created a pseudo closed status (Close - requires survey). But this means the ticket actually remains open and not closed until the chosen amount of time passes (eg. 7 days after last modified) until my chosen action can proceed. This means the follow-up header displaying 'my active tickets', 'my teams active tickets' etc. is incorrect as it's including these tickets. I want my questions and choice text to display as black rather than the grey that seems to be the default, but each time I make the change using Old Editor (and save) the display reverts back to grey. Strangely using the same process to change the question text to bold half works - by that I mean it shows in Qualtrics as bold but when previewed.From what I've read, when others post similar issues the solution is to use the Rich Content Editor but that means I have to edit every single question and every since response option. As I enter many surveys for students, this just isn't an option. I'm experiencing the problem for all projects, and I'm not copying questions between them.This is my workflow. I would like to automatically distribute a standard report to all respondents once a series of quota conditions have been met.I would also like to automatically trigger the distribution of a new survey once a series of quota conditions have been met.It looks like there is a finite, limited number of tasks that can be triggered within the Actions Function.Any suggestions?

Hello!My organization asked me to manage an ongoing survey that is available to the public on our website. The survey is organized into 3 blocks. Block 1 contains questions geared towards the respondent who accesses the survey through our website. Block 2 is meant for only myself to fill out based on the respondent's answers in block 1 and then finally block 3 is for a different group of people at my organization to complete. At the end of each block, an email trigger is set up to notify key people so that they may retake the survey and answer questions in their respective block. The problem is that even though the survey has a page break at the end of block 1 informing the initial respondent that the rest of the survey contains questions not intended for them, I still get respondents completing the rest of the questions and it is messing up the workflow and email triggers that are set up throughout the survey. Hello I am trying to program the Everyday Discrimination in Qualtrics and I am having issues. I tried "add display logic" in combination with "add skip logic" to no avail. It is 6 items and depending on how they respond to the first five determines if they see Q6. For example, if they respond Less than once a year or never to all 5 items they should not see Q6 which asks what they feel the discrimination is based on (age, race, etc.). I tried to create an "add display logic" with the first 4 items if the answer Less than once a year and for Q5 if they answer Less than once a year to skip to end of block. But when I test it, it is skipping over Q5 and it should not. I saw a response you gave someone else about using add display logic and using a certain level value in order to proceed to the next question but I do not know how to do this. 1. Hi all,We are wanting to use Qualtrics to track our patients metrics over time, and I know our situation means we have to think a little outside the box on how to set-up Qualtrics for our use.Simplified, we have a longitudinal survey-style, wherein every patient completes 4 surveys at various time points (pre-treatment, post-treatment, 1-week, 1-month, 2-month, 3-month, 6-month and yearly). The 4 surveys will vary based on the patient's diagnosis (i.e. a depression patient will have a different batch of surveys than a stroke patient).Ideally, we can analyse the data for an individual patient across time, but also look at the cohort's response to a survey over time. Secondly, some surveys will have responses from individuals with a variety of conditions (i.e. one survey will have responses from both depression and stroke patients) and it would be great to analyse one conditions response (i.e. look at all of the stroke patients data and exclude the depression patient

Hi I've set up a survey task so every new response completed on my first preliminary survey gets emailed to proceed to the next survey. However, what happens is every time a new response is collected, not only email from the new response but also my other panel members were sent email. I only want to send one email to the one provided from the new response, not the whole chain of emails from all responses. So I think the problem is each time someone finished the first survey, it gets distributed to everyone (including to people who have already received email once) again and again. Can this be stopped?

Hi. My organization has just started using the Qualtrics Hot Ticket system for close loop. Aside from reqularly and manually checking the Ticket Dashboard on whether tickets have gone beyond 24 hours, is there a way to set SLAs (ie Tickets must be closed within x hours/days)? And if the SLAs were to exceed, to notify someone via email?

Dear Community, currently we are migrating our surveys into Qualtrics. Therefore we mostly use the "import" function via txt file. Unfortunately, when we upload the txt files into Qualtrics, it has a problem encoding the German language. Instead of many German letters, you get Chinese (?) characters (e.g. "舅" for "än" or "ﾜ" for "Ü"). Did anyone already face that kind of problem and has a solution for it? It is very annoying and error-prone to go through the Survey again and fix these mistakes all manually. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I am trying to pipe embedded data in to the body of an email (action), which I am using to test a Salesforce Workflow Action. Basically, I want the action to send me an email with all of the embedded data received from Salesforce so that I can check that we are receiving all of the data correctly. When I attempt to pipe in the embedded data fields in to the email body, the 'pipe text' icon says 'No items to display' (see image attached). I am also unable to tick the 'include response report' tickbox. I have set up the embedded data in the survey flow correctly, so i'm not sure what the issue is. Any help much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi There, I'd like to disable the default language-selection drop down and have a landing page instead where the respondent can choose their language (e.g. three button-boxes with welcome message for each language). The survey structure would all be the same, just the language would be different. The online help showed how we could specify the survey language through the evite itself. But we'd like to give the respondent the option to choose for themselves. Would something like Table of Contents work? Any ideas? Thanks, Derek

Hi, I used to have a guide on the right side of the survey with a step-by-step guide. I want to retrieve it, but even if I create a test project, I won't appear anymore. Does anyone know how to have it back? Thank you!

Good morning all! I have some longer surveys I inherited form a Brand Admin who's no longer with our organization. On one of her surveys, she has over 20 blocks and they're collapsed by default. This is only a problem when I want to Ctrl F to find a single question as the Find searched only the expanded blocks. Therefore, I go to the bottom of the page and click on each block title starting with the last one, but this also means I have to page up 3 times to complete this task and it's just an annoying 30 seconds. I checked Qualtrics Support and the Community for a solution, but didn't see one. Two questions stem from this: 1) Is there a way to expand/collapse all blocks in the Editor? & if not - 2) Does Qualtrics have a suggestion page on their website? I would love to give this as a feature suggestion to the Qualtrics devs (or upvote an existing suggestion) Thank you all for your time! Respectfully, Jeremy

We have a three part activity that participants complete and it builds on info entered in the last sheet completed. Is there a way to do this in qualtrics with three separate surveys, where the information needed is brought in from a previous survey entry automatically? They are completed during different weeks, thus the need to make them separate.

Hi team, I use Sales force to trigger our surveys, i am hearing from some customer that they get the survey when they are not supposed to, or they dont receive it at all when they should. I am looking to validate this feedback via a Qualitrics reports - i need to be able to access a report where i can see what customers were sent a survey via email address. (i am across survey responses)

Hi, We use Salesforce as CRM in which contacts have different Account ID's but use the same email address. Is there a way to make sure that only 1 survey is sent out to this email address even if the 3 account ID's are known in the Contacts section ? And how can we make sure that we capture the feedback on the correct Account ID ?

What's your best tip/trick for a Qualtrics Qubie (the thing you wish you knew from the get-go or the aha moment you had about something little)?
