Creating a survey self service | XM Community

Hi,
we had the general idea to provide our colleagues with a survey self-service. The idea is to capture some parameters of the survey in a (survey-)form. Because all requests should end up in a single project (as opposed to create separate projects by request) the idea was to use the answers of the form to create query strings attached to the generic (anonymous) survey link. These query strings will be used to trigger display logics in the questionnaire to reflect the requestors' needs.
Currently the process is pretty manually: we have a Qualtrics workflow informing us about a new response along with the parameters. We copy these in an Excel sheet that translates the data into an adapted survey link including the query strings and send this to the requestor (by manual email).
We didn't manage to find a way to automate the link creation and ideally also the distribution of the link back to the requestor.
Does anybody have an idea about the automation part?

Cheers,
Uwe

You can make use of the survey flow first where you add a link, and append your values parsed from the link.

Once the link is ready, you can then use email workflow to send out the link to the designated person
