How Can I Fix One Field that Isn't Working in a Workflow?

Hi there:
I have a workflow that imports info to Salesforce when a survey is received. All of the responses are populating in Salesforce except one. This workflow was completely functional before the response options for this question were edited. Does anyone have any ideas where the breakage might be? Thanks!
