I’m a qualtrics admin and one of my users have been logged out of an account, I’ve raised with support team but haven’t been able to get a response, any help?

@Portas Go to Admin → Security → Account Lockout you will see that

“An account may be locked after a number of consecutive failed login attempts are made within a specific time frame” so told them to retry after that lockout time
If they forgot the password, go to Admin → Users and select the account, you can send them an email contant the reset password link.
