We are currently distributing surveys through email and WhatsApp. While sending reminders via email is feasible through the Qualtrics platform, we encounter a challenge with WhatsApp distributions handled by external vendors. Since we have limited information stored in Qualtrics to trigger reminders for WhatsApp distributions, we're seeking suggestions from the community.
Any insights or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
