Evenly Present Elements

After running a sample test, I noticed that my counts were uneven the different conditions even though I checked the "evenly present elements" box. What may have caused that?
Also, should I reset all counts before publishing my survey? Would the current count, which I did not manually determine at first, affect how many times participants see each block?

Thanks in advance!

dpint what were these counts? Were they pretty close to even? They will be even over time and volume. However, starts but not finishes, uneven counts to start, and responses started at the same time can throw off the "even" presentation of options a little bit. If you are worried about the number of responses for each condition, you can add quotas but will have to think about what happens to overquotas (see this discussion).

bstrahin Yes, the numbers were very close. I thought about unfinished responses but I wasn't sure about it. Thank you so much!
