Hi, 

I’m setting up a SMS invitation trial for a survey as we have not used this feature in our organization before.

When I created a ‘SMS Invite’ message through Library, it allowed me to insert the opt-out link. However, the opt-out link was not accessible (not clickable, it appeared as plain text) when I actually received the SMS. Attached is the screenshot of SMS received.

Any ideas?
