Hello, everyone! I am working on connecting an SFTP to a Contact Import Automation, and we have experienced issues with it. One thing we have noticed in Qualtrics documentation is that there is a touch access permission in the SFTP that may need to be toggled on. I haven’t been able to find out how to turn this permission on for Azure, and every other SFTP I have connected to Qualtrics has not had errors. I understand that there may be a different issue with the connection; however, I wanted to check and see if anyone is aware of this permission and if it had been a reason why the connection wasn’t successful between the SFTP and Qualtrics.
