This February lets celebrate Qualtrics and the XM Community through our Qualtrics 💜 badge. Answer the question below and don’t forget to comment on one another’s posts:

  • What do you love most about Qualtrics and the XM Community? Is it the friendliness or responsiveness of the members? Or perhaps a specific program or feature? Share what makes our Community and Qualtrics so special!

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge.   • 💚 I love the many different badges, topics, leadership board, topics, events and more that offer members opportunities to participate and contribute in some many ways 💚
  • 💛 and I love how all of this helps individuals develop their knowledge and understanding of XM,  help them grow professionally whilst enabling the community to benefit as well! 💛

That certain <<Je ne sais quoi».  I would say all of the above mentions and then some, this is actually a tough question to narrow it all down.  If I had to just pick a few I would say: 

  • Ease of use & functionality of the platform - I worked with another survey system previously and it was no where near as user friendly and had the features Qualtrics has (also all of the many, many, training resources).
  • Response time and support in the community - I’ve worked with software that you were lucky if you heard back from their support team or user forum within a month. Here I have an answer usually within an hour or at the latest the end of the day.

What I love most about Qualtrics is the ability to understand what customers and employees think about specific topics, such as an employee benefit or a process change for customers. I find it valuable to create these listening points and make people feel that their voices are heard.

Regarding the community, I truly appreciate the kindness of its members, their willingness to help by sharing their use cases, and the fact that they are not selfish with information. It is a space where collaborative learning is genuinely encouraged.

The aspect of learning is very well deep rooted in the community. People not only ensure that they learning by putting up right questions, but they also provide valuable answers from their experience.

That’s the most lovely part for me about the community.

Qualtrics: easy to implement and use. Mostly a self service tool. Except APIs everything is easy and user friendly. 

Community: A place to get answer for all my questions, nice merch store, friendly users and admins.

What do I love most about Qualtrics? Oh geez, how many characters do I get??

First, our incredible Account Executive, Olivia! She came to my rescue at X4 when I desperately needed extra snacks (a very serious matter) and answered my panicked texts to escalate a ticket—after I got a little too wild updating users and accidentally removed every admin, including myself. Olivia always has our backs, keeping us informed on new and exciting features. If she ever leaves me, I’ll cry.

Then there’s Jack—the best success manager we’ve ever had. If you’ve worked with Jack, you know he makes anything possible. If he doesn’t have the answer, he’ll talk it through, experiment, and help you figure out how to make the magic happen. Even after moving off our account, he still answered our calls (on his cell, during lunch!) to brainstorm with us.

I love the product—the easy training, the certification program, all of it. But what truly makes the difference? The people who support us every day. They’re the real reason Qualtrics is exceptional.

I love the fact that we can ask questions on a variety of topics from the technical or the theoretical and get support from a wide variety of practitioners! I have learned so much in the past year from so many different community members!

As so many others have also said, I love how helpful everyone is.  There is no withholding of information, people are so willing to help and share their knowledge and help find solutions to anything!  A true community feel.

I enjoy the creative solutions the community provides users when questions are posted. usually more than 1 community member chimes into a post and provides an alternative option or discusses how they solved a similar issue.

I really enjoy that the Qualtrics community not only seeks to help each other by providing solutions, but also helps by walking through responses and explanations to train each other to solve the problem independently in the future! No matter a challenge I face, I know that I can turn to the XM Community for guidance.

Qualtrics tool: lot of flexibility to program custom setups without any interruption. Best tool for survey programming.
XM Community: is second family for me. Always happy to share and get knowledge from here.

Qualtrics: I love the ability to learn more about our customers and empower their voices to be heard.

XM Community: I love how responsive everybody is and how open they are to helping if you have an issue. The admins are also very responsive and do their best to make the community what it is!
