We are in the process of creating an Employee Journey program, and we are considering adding four onboarding surveys to gather feedback at different stages of the employee's initial experience with the company.
We are planning to conduct onboarding surveys at the following intervals:
- Onboarding (30 days)
- Onboarding (60 days)
- Onboarding (90 days)
- Onboarding (180 days)
I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with similar programs. Specifically, I’m interested in best practices regarding the number of surveys we should implement and how varied they should be.
Should these surveys include the same or similar questions, or should they focus on different aspects of the onboarding experience?
